Cancellation and refund policy

If you need to cancel for any reason up until one week (7 or more days) prior to camp check-in, you will receive a full camp credit voucher for payment made.

If you cancel within less than one week (6 or less days) of your camp starting, you will receive a half (50%) credit voucher for payment made.

Credit vouchers are valid for one year and are transferable to any immediate family member and may be used for any offerings.

Participants who DO NOT attend their registered session without prior communication (no-shows for any reason) will not receive a credit voucher or refund.

Medical issues / death in the family can receive a full refund except for a $50 administrative fee. If a medical issue, we require that a doctor note be emailed to us.

No refunds will be issued after the start of camp.
