6:00PM-7:30PM (Skill Development Training)
Skills Development Sessions are more focused on building and sharpening fundamentals ball handling, footwork, finishing, shooting mechanics, and overall confidence. It’s a great environment for consistent reps and continued growth.
7:30PM-9:00PM (Small Group/Elite Training)
Small Group / Elite Training is a bit more advanced and moves at a faster pace, with more decision making, reads, and game-like situations layered on top of those fundamentals.
